There is nothing else on the statue such as a date, signature or number. From internet research the statue appears to be a miniature of the Statue of Cuchulainn by Oliver Sheppard in the window of the GPO, Dublin - commemorating the 1916 rising. A very similar statue was sold through the Irish Auction house Adam's (see http://www.adams.ie/BidCat/catalogues.asp?select=7025&status=A&offset=300 ). The auction results do not provide much info about this statue. I am not able to find out anything further about the statue that I have such as when it was made, by whom or if there were a number of them made.
